キャンセルポリシー

本イベントへのご参加にあたり、以下の注意事項を必ずご確認のうえ、チケットをご購入ください。

チケット・入場について

• 本イベントは女性限定（戸籍上女性）・18歳以上の方を対象としております。
• 当日は年齢およびご本人確認のため、顔写真付きの公的身分証明書を必ずご持参ください。
• U25チケットは、イベント開催日時点で25歳以下の方が対象となります。
• VIPシートチケットのみではご入場いただけません。別途、スタンダードまたはU25チケットをご購入ください。
• 入場条件を満たしていない場合や、必要な身分証明書をご提示いただけない場合は、ご入場をお断りすることがございます。その際の払い戻しは原則としていたしかねます。
• 購入済みチケットの譲渡は可能ですが、譲渡に伴うトラブルについては、当事者間での解決をお願いいたします。なお、営利目的での転売は禁止いたします。

会場内での注意事項

• すべてのお客様が安心してお楽しみいただけるよう、暴力行為、迷惑行為、ハラスメント、過度な接触、執拗な声かけ等は禁止いたします。
• 他のお客様や出演者の許可のない撮影・録音、および本人の同意を得ないSNS等への投稿はご遠慮ください。
• イベント中、主催者および関係者による写真・動画撮影を行う場合がございます。撮影を希望されない方はスタッフまでお申し出ください。
• 20歳未満の方の飲酒は禁止です。また、過度な飲酒や泥酔状態でのご参加はお控えください。
• 危険物、違法薬物等の持ち込みは禁止いたします。その他の持ち込みについては、会場の規定に従ってください。
• お荷物や貴重品は各自で管理をお願いいたします。紛失・盗難・破損等については、主催者に責任がある場合を除き、補償いたしかねます。
• 他のお客様への迷惑行為やスタッフの指示に従っていただけない場合は、ご退場いただく場合がございます。その際のチケット代金の払い戻しは原則としていたしかねます。

キャンセル・払い戻しについて

• ご購入後のお客様都合によるキャンセル・変更・払い戻しは、原則として承っておりません。
• 体調不良、交通機関の遅延、その他個人的なご事情による不参加についても、原則として払い戻しの対象外となります。
• 天災、悪天候、施設の都合、その他やむを得ない事情により、開催中止・延期・会場変更・内容変更が生じる場合がございます。
• 出演者やプログラムは、予告なく変更となる場合がございます。出演者の変更のみを理由とした払い戻しは原則として承っておりません。
• 開催中止・延期となった場合の対応については、その時点の状況を踏まえ、公式SNS等にてご案内いたします。
• 交通費・宿泊費等、チケット代金以外の費用については、補償いたしかねます。

その他

• イベントの安全かつ円滑な運営のため、スタッフの案内・指示にご協力ください。
• 本イベントに関する最新情報や変更事項については、GODDESS公式SNS等にてお知らせいたします。

Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket for this event.

Ticketing & Admission

• This event is exclusively for women (as legally registered at birth) aged 18 and over.

• Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID for age and identity verification on the day of the event.

• U25 tickets are available to guests aged 25 or younger on the date of the event.

• A VIP Seat Ticket alone does not grant admission to the event. You must also purchase a separate Standard or U25 admission ticket.

• Admission may be denied if you do not meet the eligibility requirements or are unable to present the required identification. In such cases, refunds will generally not be issued.

• Purchased tickets may be transferred to another person. However, any issues arising from the transfer must be resolved between the parties involved. Reselling tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Venue Rules & Regulations

• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, violence, disruptive behavior, harassment, excessive physical contact, persistent unwanted approaches, and other inappropriate conduct are strictly prohibited.

• Please refrain from photographing or recording other guests or performers without their permission, or posting such content on social media or other platforms without their consent.

• The event organizer and authorized personnel may take photographs and videos during the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of staff.

• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 20. Excessive drinking and attending the event while intoxicated are also strongly discouraged.

• Dangerous items and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. All other items brought into the venue must comply with the venue's rules and regulations.

• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables. The organizer cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage, except where the organizer is legally liable.

• Guests who engage in disruptive behavior or fail to follow staff instructions may be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, ticket refunds will generally not be issued.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• As a general rule, cancellations, changes, and refunds due to personal circumstances are not accepted after a ticket has been purchased.

• Refunds are generally not available if you are unable to attend due to illness, transportation delays, or other personal circumstances.

• The event may be canceled, postponed, relocated, or modified due to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, venue-related circumstances, or other unavoidable situations.

• Performers and event programming are subject to change without prior notice. As a general rule, refunds will not be issued solely due to changes in the lineup.

• In the event of cancellation or postponement, information regarding any applicable arrangements will be announced through our official social media channels and other official platforms, taking the circumstances into account.

• Expenses other than the ticket price, including transportation and accommodation costs, are not refundable or compensable.
